By downloading, installing, or using the Prelive mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the app.

These terms govern your access to the Prelive platform, including immersive language missions, AI-powered conversations, speech feedback systems, and related services.

Builduct, LLC is responsible for providing, operating, and maintaining the Prelive platform and related services. Prelive is a product developed and operated by Builduct, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). References to "Prelive", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Builduct, LLC as the operator of the service.

Prelive provides an immersive language learning platform where users practice real-life conversations through AI-powered scenarios, interactive missions, and speech or text feedback technology inside simulated environments.

The app may include AI characters, speech recognition systems, learning analytics, and educational content designed to help users improve real-world communication skills. Some features may also enable users to interact with real people, such as native speakers or other learners, through live missions and guided social practice inside the immersive environments.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital age required by the laws of your country, to use Prelive. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the app, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and that the information you provide during account creation is accurate.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to share your account or impersonate another user while using the platform.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

Some features of the app may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and trial offers will be clearly presented before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your device’s app store subscription settings.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and educational use. You may not attempt to disrupt the platform, reverse engineer the software, or misuse AI systems.

Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate interactions with other users or live participants is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing content, or attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the operation of the AI systems.

Some conversations inside the app are generated by artificial intelligence to simulate real-world interactions. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful responses, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect.

Users should treat AI responses as educational simulations rather than professional or official advice.

Prelive is intended solely as an educational language-learning platform. It does not provide certified language assessments, professional translation services, or legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You may create content within the app, such as speech recordings, responses, or custom missions. By submitting content, you grant Prelive permission to process and analyze it for learning feedback and platform improvement.

By submitting content, you grant Prelive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services.

All content, software, designs, missions, and technology within the Prelive app are owned by Prelive or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the platform without permission.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be modified, updated, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

Features may evolve over time as the product improves.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Users may stop using the app or delete their account at any time.

The app is provided for educational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate learning tools, we do not guarantee specific language outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prelive is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Prelive shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant updates will be communicated within the app or through other appropriate channels.

Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
