Delete your Prelive account

Prelive users can delete their account directly inside the app.

Steps

  1. 1Open the Prelive app
  2. 2Go to Profile tab then open settings
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom of the view
  4. 4Tap Delete Account
  5. 5Confirm the deletion request

What is deleted

When a user deletes their account, Prelive should delete or anonymize account data associated with the user, including:

Account/profile information, Learning profile and language preferences, Mission progress, Checklist/action progress, XP, streaks, and achievements, Flashcards and review activity, App activity linked to the account, Voice/audio records and transcriptions linked to the account, if stored, Feedback linked to the account.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or payment/subscription compliance purposes.
